“Train” (noun) is ‘a railway engine with several carriages or trucks or wagons carrying people, goods, etc. from one place to another on rails (a pair of strong iron bars fixed parallel to each other on the ground); a long line of people or animals moving in a particular direction; a series of related actions or events that happen one after the other; a series of related thoughts, usually on a particular subject or event, that develops in one’s mind; a part of a dress, usually the skirt of a lady, that trails (drags) on the ground behind the person wearing it’,
e.g.
It is believed that a journey by train is safe and comfortable.
While I was getting on a train on one platform, she was getting off another train on another platform!
A train of camels moving slowly across the desert is a sight worth taking pictures.
His train of thoughts went from giving the girl a flower bouquet to getting married and having children.
