Spoke” is the past form of the verb word ‘speak’ ~~~  speak – spoke – spoken – speaking which means ‘to use one’s mouth and voice to make meaningful sounds (words); to talk to someone; to tell a group of people about a particular thing or person’,

e.g.

He spoke excellent English in the class.

She spoke about lots of things, including the present day ‘domestic violence’ law.

Spoke” (noun) is ‘one of several thin long metal bars or rods which connect the outer ring of a wheel to the centre (hub)’,

e.g.

The strength of a wheel on a bicycle depends on the number of spokes the wheel has.

The ‘Ashoka’s Wheel of Justice’ on the Indian flag has twenty-four spokes on it.
