“Site”, as a noun, is ‘a place where some building construction is going on; a place where some important thing has happened; a place which is used for some particular purpose’; and, in the current usage, ‘a website’; as a verb, it is ‘to keep or build something in a particular place’,
e.g.
The police were rushed to the site of the group clashes.
Stonehenge in southern England is a prehistoric site.
This lake is a nesting site for several species of water birds.

“Sight”, as a noun, is ‘the ability to see things using the eyes; something one can see; the part of a gun or any other weapon that guides the users eye when they aim at a target’; as a verb, it is ‘to see something one has been looking for from a distance’,
e.g.
The hunters sighted a pride of lions resting under a large tree.
Several species of rare birds are sighted in and around the lake this year.
Though she is seventy-five years old, my grandma’s eye sight is still in good condition, she can read the small print without the aid of reading-glasses!

“Cite“, a verb, is ‘to say or write the exact words from a text or an author in support of something one has already said or written — quote; to say something as a reason or as an example; to order somebody to appear in a court of law; to appreciate/praise somebody publicly for doing something good or useful’,
e.g.
Priests usually cite some verses or saying from the religious scriptures when they preach.
She cited her hearing defect as the reason for not following the instructions given by her teacher.
The young student was cited for his intelligence in solving the maths equation!
