“Prospects” (noun; singular ‘prospect’) is ‘chances of success (in near future); good customers, buyers, etc.; candidates at an interview or some players in a team who have more chances of being successful’,
e.g.
All his friends discouraged him not to go in for show business because there are not many prospects in that sector.

“Prospectus” (noun) is ‘the printed paper or a small booklet that gives detailed account of something such as a new business or school or college, given or sent to people for their support’,
e.g.
Many students are writing to the college for application forms to get enrolled, and prospectus to select the most suitable course or stream.
