privacy ~ primacy

“Privacy” (noun) is ‘(of something done or happened, or to happen) not in public; (in secrecy); the state of being away from other people; not being in the notice of other people; alone’,
(keeping one’s privacy guarded)
e.g.
Those two rival politicians had several discussions in privacy.
Any newly-married couple needs some privacy.

“Primacy” (noun) is ‘the position of first in rank, importance, etc.; the position of being highly developed mammals’,
e.g.
The developing countries must give primacy to education.
As a teacher of English, I insist on the primacy of communicative activities in class-rooms.
