precipitation ~ perspiration
Though their spelling and pronunciation are different, there is bound to be some confusion as both these words are related to liquids. Therefore, a small revision may help us to get the right word at the right time.
“Precipitation” (noun) is ‘haste or violently hurried to do something, without enough thought; the fall of sleet, snow or rain (the act of mist-like form (cloud) changing into liquid (rain)’,
e.g.
He acted with precipitation and quit his comfortable job, but now he regrets it.
Why is precipitation important?

“Perspiration” (noun) is ‘the sweat; the act of sending out liquid from the body through the pores in the skin to cool the body heat; the liquid (waste) that is sent out through the pores of the skin when a person is nervous or excited’,
e.g.
A person in the hot weather has more perspiration than a person in the cool weather.
