“Paddle”, as a noun, is ‘a short pole with flat boards at one or both ends used to make a boat move on water (this activity is called ‘rowing’, and a ‘paddle’ is not fixed to the boat; the pole fixed to the boat is called an “oar”)’; and as a verb, it means ‘to push or move a boat on water with the help of one or more paddles; to walk in (not very deep) water with bare feet, especially children at seaside’,

“Pedal”, as a noun, is ‘a bar-like or flat part of a machine or a vehicle which is pressed with a foot or both feet to make the machine or vehicle work or move’, and as a verb, it means ‘to make a machine or vehicle work or move by using the pedals’,
e.g.
My brother is very proud of his toy car with pedals.
The cyclist pedalled his bicycle hard to climb the steep road.

“Peddle” (verb) is ‘to go from place to place, or house to house trying to sell (small and cheap) things’;’to sell drugs (narcotics) illegally and secretly,; ‘to give out or to tell one’s ideas or lies to others persistently’,
{A person who goes from place to place or house to house trying to sell small and cheap things is called a ‘peddler’.}
e.g.
He used to peddle small goods when he was young; but now he is peddling heroin.
