Moment” (noun) is ‘a very short period of time; a particular point of time; time for doing something’,

e.g.

Wait a moment; I’m coming, too.

Father is in a good mood.  This is the right moment to ask him for some money.

She fainted the moment she heard the news of her husband’s death.

Movement” (noun) is ‘1. the act of moving (changing the position of the body or part of the body, or changing the place); some activity; 2. a group of people who makes combined efforts to achieve something’,

e.g.

The young dancer’s movements are slow but graceful.

When he noticed some movement in the bushes, he went to see and found out that a small dog was digging for a bone.
