Modal” (adjective) {concerning ‘verb’ in grammar, and is derived from the word ‘mood’}

e.g.

‘Must’, as a verb, is a modal auxiliary (helping) verb.

Model”, as a noun, is ‘a copy or a representation usually small in size or shape of a large thing; a person who uses his/her body or face to attract buyers of some products such as clothes, cosmetics, etc.’; as an adjective, it means ‘a small copy; having all the qualities that are supposed to be or copied by everyone’; and as a verb, it is ‘to make a shape in some soft substance; to act as a model’,

clothes advertising models

e.g.

Our architect showed us the model of our new office.

It is amusing to see little children playing with their model (toy) cars and guns.

My cousin is a model; she has modelled in a couple of huge budget ads.
