modal ~ model

“Modal” (adjective) {concerning ‘verb’ in grammar, and is derived from the word ‘mood’}
e.g.
‘Must’, as a verb, is a modal auxiliary (helping) verb.

“Model”, as a noun, is ‘a copy or a representation usually small in size or shape of a large thing; a person who uses his/her body or face to attract buyers of some products such as clothes, cosmetics, etc.’; as an adjective, it means ‘a small copy; having all the qualities that are supposed to be or copied by everyone’; and as a verb, it is ‘to make a shape in some soft substance; to act as a model’,
e.g.
Our architect showed us the model of our new office.
It is amusing to see little children playing with their model (toy) cars and guns.
My cousin is a model; she has modelled in a couple of huge budget ads.
