a person who has normal/average levels of culture, education, tastes, attitude, etc. — not very high; not very low,
{Note: ‘Middlebrow’ is more commonly used as an adjective to refer to things or people, e.g. ‘middlebrow art’, ‘middlebrow music’, ‘middlebrow culture’, etc.}
