metropolitan:

a person who lives in a large city, often showing the characteristics of a city life;

(in Christian religion) a head bishop — a chief priest,

e.g.

Our cousin from London is a typical metropolitan, and finds it difficult to stay with us in our small town.

{Note: ‘Metropolitan’ is more commonly used as an adjective, referring to people, things and activities related to a major city or an urban area including its surrounding towns, e.g. ‘metropolitan area’, ‘metropolitan schools’, ‘metropolitan life’, etc.}
