Methodist:
(plural: ‘Methodists‘)
(always with a capital ‘M’) a Christian who follows Methodism (Methodism = the teachings of John Wesley of England in the 18th century, in which more emphasis is given to public morals and social welfare);
(without a capital ‘M’, unless the word comes at the beginning of a sentence) any person who insists on doing things in a proper way, method and system, (nothing to do with Christianity)
