e.g.

“Massage”, as a verb, it means ‘to press or rub a person’s muscles with hands or with an instrument to lessen body pains or stiffness in the neck, shoulders, back, etc.’; as a noun, it is ‘the act of pressing or rubbing a person’s body to lessen pain’,
e.g.
After the long hunting trip, the hunter went for a body massage to relieve his body pains.
