Mescalin or mescaline” (noun) is ‘a kind of drug (medicine) made from a plant called ‘mescal’ which causes dreams that seem real’,

e.g.

The Mexican Indians use mescaline as a stimulant.

Masculine” (adjective) means ‘of or like, or related to the male sex (gender); suitable for a man or men; (in grammar) of or related to the male sex (gender)’,

(a masculine body)

e.g.

I don’t like a woman with a masculine voice.  [i.e. I don’t like a woman if her voice is like a man’s]

“He” is a masculine gender pronoun; ‘she’ is a feminine gender pronoun.
