Special Features:

Fox terriers are bred exclusively to hunt foxes.  When the foxhounds chase the foxes in a ‘fox hunt’, some of the foxes manage to get into their holes. The large foxhounds cannot get into their small holes.  That is when the fox terriers come into action: they go into the holes and flush the foxes out of their holes. To do this daring act, only a small dog with a lot of courage, stamina and speed is needed because the foxes in their holes can turn and fight their place!!

Fox terriers are kept as pets in many homes.
