The title employee is usually used to refer to a worker at an office who is more than a labourer doing menial jobs or who does some contract job for that office on regular basis.

In some countries in Asia, employees in government sector enjoy more job security and payment than those employees in private sector.

Of the two main categories of employees, the permanent employees enjoy more job security and payment than the temporary employees.

Many employers accept the fact that they neglect or over-look their employees’ difficulties or safety, and some of them even confess that they cheat their employees over pay scale legalities.
