I am really sorry to hear the news that Henry Kissinger, who was once hailed as the Emissary of Peace by the entire world, is now denounced as a war criminal … and there’s no smoke without fire!
Every country keeps a political emissary to be sent to other countries in times of war with its neighbours or some natural calamity in order to gather military support or financial help from them.
It is understood that multi-billion dollar international companies usually seek out elder statesmen, retired high ranking politicians, to act as their emissaries in business negotiations with prospective countries.
