eavesdropper:

(plural: ‘easvesdroppers‘)

‘to eavesdrop’ = to listen to others’ private conversations, usually secretly

a person who listens to others’ private conversations secretly,

an eavesdropper (a woman listening to her colleagues conversation secretly)

e.g.

The senior staff members warn the newcomers about Jane because she’s a talented eavesdropper who listens to others’ private conversations and enjoys spreads the rumours right away.

Every one of us, as it seems, is an eavesdropper at one time or the other, even if we do it on purpose. For instance, we accidentally over-hear the conversation of people sitting next to us and talking about their personal problems.

There are some people who are born eavesdroppers who, though are decent in most matters, cannot control the curiosity of listening to other people’s private conversations.
