defiler:
a person who makes something unclean, destroys or spoils the pureness of something, pollutes the purity something, e.g. “When some miscreants spill the blood of a cow on the wall of a Hindu temple, it is called defiling or desecrating the temple, and the people who have done that barbaric act are called defilers.”;
a person or some organisation that pollutes the environment, by releasing too much harmful gases, too much chemicals in their factory sewage, etc.
