Cellar” is ‘an underground room of a building where goods are stored, especially wine; a stock of wine kept in a cool room underground’,

Seller” is ‘a person who sells something; a vendor; a thing (a product, book, item, etc.) that has large sales (which is sold in large quantities)’,

a fruit seller
a fruit seller

e.g.

The seller usually asks for a higher price than the price offered by the buyer.
