a kind of animal – mammal – a cross breed between the American buffalo (bison) cows and the domestic bulls; at present found in North America

Special Features:
The cattalo is found to be very sturdy, and is known to withstand the extreme North American cold weather.

Its meat (called ‘beef’) looks and tastes the same as the domestic cattle beef.
‘Cattalo’ is rarely found in the names of people, e.g. Joe Cattalo, Mary Cattalo, etc.
