a thief who enters and leaves buildings climbing up walls and pipes, and through upper-floor windows and skylights silently at night;

a burglar,

a female cat burglar

e.g.

A cat burglar must be very brave, athletic and patient as he/she has to wait for the right time and the right place, and must work mostly in the dark at night.
The Police usually have a tough time catching cat burglars as these silent thieves work in the dark and leave no evidence that might lead them to the cat burglars.
A cat burglars studies the lay-out of the building, and the daily routine of the people in that building, he/she going in to steal, and knows the weak points in the building through which one can get in and out easily.
