braggart:

(plural: ‘braggarts‘)

‘to brag’ = to talk proudly and loudly about something or someone that does not actually worth talking about; to talk boastfully

(old usage)  a person who has a high opinion of himself and talks (brags) noisily; a gascon;

a blowhard; a bragger; a show-off,

a typical braggart, not working but boasting

e.g.

Maggy is a braggart who can’t stop boasting about herself.

We see some braggarts in every office, but in my company one can see several braggarts who have done nothing to boost the development of our company, except, of course, showing off others’ achievements as theirs.
