a bounder

a man who does not behave in a socially accepted way (i.e. not in a decent manner that is accepted by everybody in a society);

a blackguard; a cad;

a person, especially a basketball player, who jumps and leaps (bounds) in a sport or competition;

a leaper,

a basketball bounder

e.g.

I hated to see my son hanging about with a bounder who looked dirty and behaved badly.

She complained to the police that her husband was a bounder and a liar, and when the police asked her why she had always given him money and shelter, she simply said: A bounder he may be; he still has some love for me!

They say Dennis Rodman is the greatest re-bounder in National Basketball Association.
