(in olden days) a person who dug up dead bodies from graves secretly and sold them to doctors for scientific study;
( in the present day) a corporate recruiter, i.e. a person who interviews and selects employees (workers) for big businesses and offices, usually those employees working in other offices, offering them higher salaries and better job conditions,

Though body snatcher in those days were treated cruel if caught by the relatives of the dead people they dug up, they risked their lives because the medical people used to pay them heavily for the dead bodies they brought to them.
The present day corporate ‘body snatchers’ steal employees from one company and sell them to another for high commissions.
