a message bearer

a person who bears or carries something, such as a written message, some sign,  etc.;

a porter;

a person who serves food and drinks at a dinning table, especially at a restaurant;

a person who helps to carry a dead body at a funeral; a pallbearer;

a person who has and produces a note or cheque for payment of money to himself at a bank;

a native servant;

pallbearers

e.g.

The note from my friend read: “Please help the bearer of this note as much as you can.”

The foreign visitor asked the bearer to load all his belonging on to the truck.

The coffin bearers or pallbearers at a funeral are mostly close relatives or friends of the dead person.

The manager at the bank requested the bearer of bearer of a cheque to sign at three different places to cross check if the signature tallies.

“Bearer” is also used for a plant or tree that produces flowers or fruit, e.g. “The trees in this orchard are the best fruit bearers.”
