e.g.

James Earl Ray was the assassin of Martin Luther King Jr., the human rights activist in the USA.

In the past, kings and queens were known to employ a number of assassins to kill their opponents for political gains.

John F. Kennedy, the thirty-fifth president of the USA, was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald, and the assassin, Oswald, was assassinated by another assassin called Jack Ruby!
